This piece began with a photo I took of paint splotches on the docks. I
then began adding additional photos of torn papers, the inside cover of
an old Japanese book, and more. If I hadn't noticed the unintentional
artistry of the paint splatters, this picture couldn't have been made. But you know what I really like? That little bit of red in the upper left corner! (Click to enlarge.) ©Carol Leigh
